Lead Generation Specialist
Votemo is a fast-growing Startup offering engagement tools to Event Organisers globally. Votemo tools have been used on events such as Cannes Lions, Latitude59, Cannes Marche du Film, Word Cleanup Day, X-Factor etc. We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who will help our sales team close more meetings using different Lead Generation tactics.
Our core team works at an office in Tallinn, Estonia. You are welcome to join our team at the office or work remotely in the EU time zone.

You will be a great match to our team if you feel you are a great self-motivator, you know how important it is to report and set the right KPI’s and see your future in Sales. As a successful Lead Generation Specialist you have used different tools for Lead Generation, are analytical person and like to keep track on every task and campaign.
This job is for you if you:
• Are driven and self-motivated. Looking for systematic person in day-to-day work)
• Have at least 1 year of experience in Lead Generation with B2B SaaS company
• Have managed outbound campaigns in Europe
• Have excellent written English
• You know scraping techniques and love to test new tools all the time to scale your acquisition
• You have good notions of outbound strategy, growth funnel and KPI's
Your responsibilities will include:
• Creating and distributing lead lists between sales reps
• Setting up automated email campaigns
• Work with existing ideal customer profiles (ICP)
