Votemo is a fast-growing Startup offering engagement tools to Event Organizers globally. Votemo tools have been used with projects such as Cannes Lions, Word Cleanup Day, X-Factor etc and we are looking for Sales Manager who can close more great global projects like mentioned 💪💥 You will be one of the first hires since pre-seed round and will have great opportunity to vest shares, develop your career and have fun.🚀Our core team works at an office in Tallinn, Estonia, you are welcome to join our team at the office or work remotely in the EU time zone.

You are sales driven, confident and tech-savvy. You know how to use data for reaching better results,  are a great team player and have been working for B2B SaaS sales in the past. You’ll not only be closing but discovering and reaching out to new sales prospects, negotiating deals and working closely with our Customer Success team to provide long-term success to our clients.

 This job is for you if you:

  • Are driven and self-motivated (we will not micromanage, you will present goals and results on weekly meetings.💪 Looking for systematic person in day-to-day work)

  • Managing outbound campaigns, converting leads to paying customers

  • Have proven ability to drive sales process from plan to close

  • Have excellent communication skills

  • Are fluent in both written and spoken English
